1. Who we are

Correia CreArt ("we", "us") is a personal brand operated by Joana Correia, based in Lisbon, Portugal. For any privacy-related request you can reach us at hello@correiacreart.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, project type and message.
  • Brand Audit: email, optional brand name, and your answers to the audit questions.
  • Analytics (only with consent): anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, approximate location (country/city derived from a truncated IP), device type and referrer.
  • Technical logs: standard server logs (IP, user agent) kept short-term for security and debugging.

3. Why we use it

  • Reply to your enquiries and deliver the services you ask for — legal basis: pre-contractual / contract performance.
  • Send you the result of the Brand Audit — legal basis: consent (you actively submit your email).
  • Measure how the site is used to improve content and UX — legal basis: consent (collected via the cookie banner).
  • Protect the site against abuse — legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep it

Contact and audit submissions are kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted sub-processors to run the site:

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database and backend (EU region).
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised analytics. Data may be transferred outside the EU under the Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Resend / transactional email provider — to deliver the Brand Audit result and contact replies.

We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising profiling.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. You can exercise any of these by emailing hello@correiacreart.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD — cnpd.pt).

7. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for details on what cookies we use and how to change your choice.

8. Updates

We may update this policy when our practices change. Significant changes will trigger a new consent prompt the next time you visit.
